vyana_vayu

vyana - The subtype of vata dosha that is primarily located in the heart and circulates all over the body. It is responsible for pulsation and circulation of venous blood and lymph fluid, and it maintains cardiac activity and oxygenation of cells, tissues, and organ systems, through the circulation of nutrients. Also responsible for all reflex actions, and the movement of the joints and skeletal muscles through the reflex arc.
