Since around 2020 Alexa has started using a new “improved” and irritating as HELL Alexa voice that is extremely histrionic overdramatic and melodramatic. “It” now reads NON-FICTION Kindle books out loud (LOUD!!) with an angry shouting voice any time it encounters an exclamation mark or some context of even the slightest imperative voice.
